Sense activity sessions are specially designed to make arts and sports accessible for people with complex disabilities. Here are some of the unique activities you can try with us.
Why are arts and sports important for disabled people?
Everybody deserves to feel happy and healthy. That’s why we want to make sure no one is left out of arts and sports.
Over 15,000 people have taken part in Sense’s arts, sports and wellbeing activities so far. We have over 100 free online arts resources, and we’ve developed 24 unique in-person sports activities for disabled people.
