About the activity
Enjoy gentle, flowing movements and channel positive energy, wherever you are. This session can be completed seated, or standing. You will need a clear space to exercise in and a chair.
Taking part in this activity will help you develop balance, coordination and mobility, whilst reducing tension and will support you to carry out everyday tasks.
Who is it for?
This session is low-medium intensity. This activity is created for people with complex disabilities but can be enjoyed by anyone.
About our activity leader
Instructed by Miz Rahman live on Zoom. Miz is an experienced Tai Chi instructor who has has a calm and gentle teaching style, giving clear instructions and providing modified adaptations when necessary.
