Sense Sound Seekers with Orchestra of the Swan | Birmingham Spring 2024

Sense Sound Seekers featuring Orchestra of the Swan is an accessible music workshop, led by one of Sense's musicians accompanied by guest musicians from The Orchestra Of The Swan. We will explore instruments, sound and creative expression aiming to find ways to make sounds that suit your own unique abilities or work towards you feeling comfortable and confident. We have a wide range of instruments available as well as different ways to experience music through vibration.

This can be a first step towards more focused musical work where we can investigate pattern recognition and music creation.

You may bring up to 2 people plus support to a session

Who is it for?

Anyone, of any age, who might enjoy exploring music, or developing their creative expression, including d/Deaf and hearing impaired people.

Tactile listening techniques will be used where possible to enhance the sonic experience for hearing impaired people.
