About Sense Cymru
Get the support that’s right for you with Sense: whether it’s day services, community support or supported living. We’re here for you, in North and South Wales.
Sense hubs in Denbigh and Caerphilly
Sense hubs are accessible day centres that bring the community together. They host inclusive events for both disabled and non-disabled people, to reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing.
Our hubs in Wales offer a range of activities for disabled people, including:
- Arts and sports activities.
- Sensory sessions and soft play.
- Teaching of key life skills.
- Specialist support for people who are deafblind.
There are two Sense hubs in Wales: Sense North Wales in Denbigh (opening in 2022) and Sense South Wales in Caerphilly.
Support in your community
Need some help communicating, or carrying out day-to-day tasks?
Sense offers one-to-one support for people who are deafblind in all areas of Wales.
Sense communicator guides and intervenors work with people who are deafblind in the community. They might help you do your weekly shop, talk to friends or attend hospital appointments.
If you’d like to talk about how we can support you, please get in touch.
