Sensory Dance, 8-24 year olds

About the activity:

Sensory dance offers the opportunity for individuals with complex disabilities and sensory impairments to participate in dance in a fun, creative and fully inclusive way. Taking part in this activity will help you to develop your social skills, coordination, and communication, and support you to carry out everyday tasks.

This activity will take place at Unitas Youth Centre as part of the Limitless SEN programme. Although the dance sessions are free to attend, to enter the building you will need to purchase the £5 annual membership HERE (or you can do this at the centre) and pay 50p on the door to get in. This allows you to enjoy all the other facilities the building has to offer including a sensory room, sensory garden, rock-climbing wall, boxing ring, cinema room etc.

The sensory dance session will run every Sunday 10.30am-11.15am.
