Training Day 1 - 20 Week Plans
This session will cover everything you need to know about your 20 week training plans, how to use them and how to get going. We’ll also discuss the difference between threshold running and long runs and how to use both to improve your running. Our events team will be there to help you kick start your fundraising and share advice on how to maximize your fundraising pages. You’ll hear from a family Sense supports and learn how your fundraising is making a difference to their lives.
