Exercise Through Dance
About this activity:
Dance into the weekend every Saturday morning with our live session streamed on Zoom. Have fun whilst getting active, learning new routines from Bollywood to Hip-Hop. Taking part in this activity will help you to develop your social skills, coordination, and communication, and support you to carry out everyday tasks.
This sessions runs every Saturday from 11am-11.45am.
Who is this for?
This is a medium intensity activity and is created for people with complex disabilities but can be enjoyed by anyone.
About our activity leader:
This activity is led by Zoe, a qualified dance instructor from Step Change Studios. She has lots of experience in teaching dance to people with disabilities. She is super friendly, creative and engaging!
