What is it?

Families can join us for a fun sensory dance experience. The session will include lots of sensory pieces of equipment, upbeat music and the opportunity for everyone to join in and have a dance. As this starts at 1pm, the hall will be open from 12pm for anyone who wants to bring their lunch and eat it whilst the session is being set up.

Who is it for?

This session is tailored for anyone with complex disabilities aged 4-16 years old and their families (siblings are welcome too).

About the instructor

The instructor Lauren is very experienced in teaching dance to disabled people. She regularly delivers our inclusive disco in Dereham for adults and is excellent at adapting sessions to meet individual needs.
