Pan Disability Job Fair 2024

At our Pan Disability Job Fair we bring together disabled people with local employers in an accessible environment where they can network and build relationships.

At Sense, we have a vision of a world where no one, no matter how complex their disabilities, is left out of life, isolated, or unable to fulfil their potential.

With your help, we can work towards reducing the disability employment gap and can support more disabled people on their journey to work.

Why attend the Pan Disability Job Fair?

Our engagement with the disabled community has highlighted that:

• Job fairs need to be accessible.
• Disabled jobseekers want know about employers who are Disability Confident.
• Disabled jobseekers want more opportunities to engage with recruiters.

At our Pan Disability Job Fair, we bring together local employers who are both Disability Confident and those that are working towards it. This event is an opportunity for potential candidates to meet and engage with these recruiters in an accessible space.

We provide communication support including BSL interpreters, scribers and sight guides; have disabled parking; and accessible toilets and changing facilities. We also have quiet hour where we dim our lights, keep conversations to a minimum and limit the number of people in a space at any one time.

Attend or exhibit at our Pan Disability Job Fair in Selly Oak, Birmingham on 14 and 15 May, 10am – 3pm. Registrations for employers looking to host a stand are now open, registrations for job seekers will open in April.
