Sense hubs in Denbigh and Caerphilly

Sense hubs are accessible day centres that bring the community together. They host inclusive events for both disabled and non-disabled people, to reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing.

Our hubs in Wales offer a range of activities for disabled people, including:

  • Arts and sports activities.
  • Sensory sessions and soft play.
  • Teaching of key life skills.
  • Specialist support for people who are deafblind.

There are two Sense hubs in Wales: Sense hub Denbigh and Sense hub Caerphilly

Need some help communicating, or carrying out day-to-day tasks?

Sense offers one-to-one support for people with complex needs in all areas of Wales.

Sense supports people to take part in their communities. What that looks like is up to you.

Perhaps you want to play bingo, splash around in your local pool or simply go to see your GP.

We support our clients with things like:

  • Reading their mail and making telephone calls.
  • Taking part in social clubs.
  • Exercise and leisure activities.
  • Shopping.

We also offer one-to-one support for people living in residential care.

If you’d like to talk about how we can support you, please get in touch.
