Sensory Exploration | Armley Children's Centre Summer
Through themed activities, our Sensory Exploration sessions engage all the senses and develop learning through Play. Children are encouraged to lead and explore what’s of interest to them. From games to arts and crafts and messy play, these sessions are a great way to build connections, develop new skills and enhance creativity, in a safe and supportive environment. For children that prefer a quiet space, we have a small sensory room. Lisa our Play leader will be leading the session and providing support throughout the morning.
Who is it for?
This session is for families who are part of our free Connect and Play service, which supports disabled children aged 0-8 with complex needs, siblings are also welcome. If you’re not sure whether this session is for you, please complete our service enquiry form or contact [email protected] to speak with a member of our team. At least one parent/carer must attend the full session.
