What’s in the building?

  • Multi-sensory room where you can chill out and experience colours, sounds and textures.
  • Accessible teaching kitchen.
  • Swimming pool.
  • A friendly canteen where you can get drinks, meals and snacks.
  • Nearby orchards and allotments where you can get involved in growing things.

We also offer a range of community-based activities, such as horse riding, trampolining, climbing or going to the gym. As part of our Sense College curriculum, we support our students in everyday life skills sessions. You could learn to cook or bake, use public transport or visit your local library.

Visitor information

Sense Streatley is located inside Keech Hospice, which is wheelchair accessible throughout.

Toilets and changing rooms are fully accessible and meet Changing Places standards, with a tracking hoist system or mobile hoist, and enough space for you and your staff.
