Sensory play is for everyone
Sensory play is all about engaging your senses, having fun and sometimes, getting a little messy! It might involve getting stuck into different textures or exploring different sounds.
Children of all ages can benefit from sensory play to build their sensory awareness and develop language, exploration, engagement and attention skills.
At Sense, we’re working to create a world where disabled people are connected and included, no matter what. For disabled children with complex needs, sensory play helps them to access and explore the world in a way that is meaningful by introducing new experiences and encouraging exploration.
