About the activity:
Join Rawda from Little Voices at Unitas to deliver their free Sensory Music & Movement Workshops! This is the perfect opportunity to stay active through music and movement, in a fun and relaxing environment. It’s a great chance to meet new people and build social connections. Each workshop will be based from Unitas Youth Zone, in Barnet.
The workshops are free (once signed up as a Unitas Limitless member) and 2026 dates are as follows:
- 10th of May 10.30 – 11.30am
- 31st of May 10.30 – 11.30am
- 14th of June 10.30 – 11.30am
- 5th of July 10.30 – 11.30am
- 26th of July 10.30 – 11.30am
- 16th of August 10.30 – 11.30am
- 30th of August 10.30 – 11.30am

- Any additional support that may be required.
In order to book, the participant needs to be a Limitless member at Unitas. Membership is £5 per year and then 50p per session entry (including each time you attend the Sensory Music Workshop). Included in the 50p entry is access to the Youth Zone post-workshop. This will mean you can access other rooms and activities on the same day.

Who is this for?
This activity is suitable for both beginners and those with previous experience in Music. All activities will be suitably modified to suit the participant. This activity is suitable for disabled people aged between 8-25 with complex needs.
Who is the activity leader?
This activity is led by Rawda, from Little Voices. She has lots of experience in delivering Sensory Music sessions and working with disabled people with complex needs. Accessibility:
This activity is delivered in an indoor space at Unitas and is wheelchair and mobility aid accessible throughout. There is also parking and disabled toilets available on-site.
Parents/support workers will need to stay for the duration of the Sensory Music Workshop.
