The Big Half 2025 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

                                                Free prize draw terms and conditions

                                                1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
                                                2. The prize draw is being run by Sense, registered charity number 289868.

                                                Eligibility to enter

                                                1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and resident in the UK (Sense staff members are excluded from the draw).
                                                2. The prize draw is open to Sense charity place entrants for The Big Half and own place entrants who have officially registered to fundraise for Sense.
                                                3. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
                                                4. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
                                                5. The prize draw is free to enter.

                                                How to enter

                                                1. The prize draw will include the first 10 people who complete ‘The Big 70th Challenge’ on Strava. You must have linked your fundraising page to your Strava account and have raised a minimum of £50.
                                                2. To enter the prize draw simply join and complete the Strava challenge: https://www.strava.com/clubs/1599126/discussion
                                                3. Sense will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

                                                The prize

                                                1. The prize will be 2 tickets to Up at the O2 Climbs. These tickets can be redeemed up until 31st of December, 2025.
                                                1. Sense’s use of particular items or tickets as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
                                                2. The winner will be drawn at random.
                                                3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
                                                4. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
                                                5. The decision of Sense any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

                                                Winner announcement

                                                1. The winner will be notified after the 25th of July via the email address and/or telephone number provided during subscription.
                                                2. Sense will attempt to contact the winner up to three times.
                                                3. If the winner does not respond to the notification of their win within 14 days, they will lose their right to the prize, and Sense reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

                                                Receipt of the prize

                                                1. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

                                                Data protection and publicity

                                                1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Sense for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
                                                2. By opting in to receive email and telephone contact from Sense we may contact you with more information about ways you can support our work.                                                 3. All personal information shall be used in accordance with our Privacy Notice

                                                Limitation of liability

                                                1. Sense does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
                                                2. Sense does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to the product are that of the prize winner.

                                                General

                                                1. Sense reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
                                                2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wale
