November Activity Day for Adults | Dover

About the activity

Join us for a fun, creative, inclusive dance session at Biggin Hall this November!

Adults aged 18+ with disabilities and/or sensory impairments will have the opportunity to move and create in their own way! Taking part helps improve coordination, teamwork skills and confidence.

Come for as long as you like and dip in and out of the activities at your leisure. Please ensure you sign up so that we can monitor attendance.

Dates and times are as follows:

Monday 11th November:

  • Session 1: 11.00am – 11:45am
  • Short Break
  • Session 2: 12:15pm – 1:00pm
  • Short Break
  • Session 3: 1:30pm – 2:15pm

Who is this for?

This activity is for adults aged 18+ with disabilities and/or sensory impairments. You do not need any prior experience. If required, carers are welcome!

About our activity leader

This session will be led by Dance Artist Sara, as part of Sense Arts National Inclusive Dance Programme.

Sessions are supported by Arts Facilitator Michelle Stannard from Access, Arts and Adventure, and Sense’s team of artists. They all have plenty of knowledge and experience working with people with disabilities, and are friendly, enthusiastic and patient.
