You’ll receive a warm welcome every time you pop into your local Sense charity shop – whether you’re buying, browsing or donating.

Fancy a shopping spree?

Sense shops are now open, please note some have adjusted opening hours of 10am-4pm to support our teams. We look forward to welcoming you back!

All shops have put measures in place to protect shoppers and staff which include floor markers to help maintain social distancing, limited number of customers allowed in the shop at one time and all donations being quarantined for 72 hours and then thoroughly cleaned. A warm, safe welcome awaits you.

We have more than 100 shops across England, full of hidden treasures – you never know what you might find. You can also browse and buy items online.

If you have something you’d like to donate to a Sense Shop, great! We accept all sorts, from the latest and vintage fashions, jewellery and antiques, to electrical goods, books, toys and more.

Our friendly staff and volunteers are on hand to make sure you enjoy a fantastic shopping experience.

You can also be sure that, whether buying or donating, you are helping to raise vital income for Sense’s life-changing work.

Every item sold helps us in our mission to make sure no one, no matter how complex their disabilities, is isolated, left out, or unable to fulfil their potential.

Did you know?

  • Each year, around four million people buy an item from our shops.
  • Sense has over 100 shops across England.
  • If you are a UK tax payer, you can Gift Aid your donations, allowing us to raise even more money.

Shop online

Like our high street charity shops, our eBay and Amazon online stores are home to an eclectic mix of hidden treasures and must-have items.

Check out our eBay charity shop

Visit our shop on eBay and you’ll find art deco jewellery, vintage dresses and designer sunglasses. You’ll also find roller skates, porcelain figurines and digital cameras.

Our stock changes every week, and there really is something for everyone.

We also have a 'new goods' shop on eBay. On the site we sell brand new clothes, shoes, accessories, books, homewares and toys. They're all high street names, but at significantly discounted prices and everything is posted free of charge.

If you’re looking for rare or interesting books, or classic records, visit the Sense Bookfront Store on Amazon.
