What your support made possible in 2019

1,102 children have received specialist support from Sense Children and Family Support Workers at our specially equipped Sense Family Centres and through home and hospital visits.

77 holidaymakers have embarked on 21 magical Sense Holidays in 2019. These are week-long breaks that give children and adults who are deafblind the chance to try exciting new activities and make new friends.

50 Sense Family Days have taken place up and down the country, giving families the opportunity to spend quality time together with tailor-made support for their child’s needs.

In 2019, there were 10 different specialist children’s groups on offer for children and their families to attend.

Please read our Sense raffle social responsibility policy and our raffle terms and conditions. All gifts will go towards Sense’s vital work with children and adults who are deafblind, as well as Sense’s work supporting people with complex disabilities.
