Help a child who is deafblind, like Amelie

Your regular gift could ensure that a child who is deafblind and their family get all the help they need from Sense Specialists for as long as they need it.

Why your gifts are so important to children who are deafblind

You can help start a conversation

Your regular gifts will help children who are deafblind learn to communicate. You’ll help support our dedicated and highly skilled Children and Family Support Workers, who take time to understand and develop every child’s preferred way of communicating – be it through speech or sign, touch or movement, gesture or sound.

You can help friendships blossom

Your regular gifts can support our pre-school groups and Sense Family Centres, which bring children who are deafblind and their families together. Here, children can develop their communication skills, express themselves and enjoy all kinds of activities, while their families share advice and receive vital support from skilled, specialist staff.

You can help a child who is deafblind to be all they can be

Your regular gifts can give children who are deafblind specialist support at crucial times in their lives, like when they go to school, change schools or move into adulthood. They can also support our Sense Holidays, where children who are deafblind can enjoy new experiences. You can help children to grow in confidence, so they can fulfil their potential.

Please help us to be there for children who are deafblind like Amelie, by supporting us once again with a regular gift. You will enable us to help families in the long term, as well as be there for the new children and families who come to us for help.
