Safari Sensory Walk | Barnet

Join us on a Safari adventure during our sensory walk. We will be following the story of ‘Walking Through the Jungle’ - who knows what animals we may find along the way!

Our Play Leaders will guide you on a fun filled adventure around the different areas of the park. During the walk, we’ll be engaging each of our senses to connect with our surroundings; from discovering what plants we can smell, exploring how different natural materials feel and what animals we can hear. Sensory activities will be included throughout the walk from bark drawing, mud painting and a scavenger hunt! Our Sensory walks are a great way for the family to explore the outdoors together whilst developing their senses and even improving mood and reducing stress.

We recommend bringing wellies and waterproofs for this adventure, we may find some mud along the way!

The session will end with a small craft activity and optional café visit.

We will meet families when they arrive at Fairplay Playground.
