Nature Detectives | Loughborough Autumn Term

Our Nature Detectives sessions take place outdoors, in our Forest School at our Loughborough Hub, delivered by a qualified Forest School practitioner. From nature crafts, mud kitchen exploring, and bug hunting, to building shelters and making delicious snacks over the fire pit; there will be a range of different activities each week to support children to build a connection to the world around us and an understanding of we fit within it. Our approach to learning encourages children to lead and offers the opportunity to explore, take risks, make choices and initiate learning for themselves. This supports children to expand on their abilities by developing creativity, navigating real-world situations and build self-belief and resilience.

We have a variety of waterproof trousers and jackets for families to use over your children's clothes if needed. Please remember scream even when it is cloudy too.
