About the activity

Dance into the weekend every Saturday morning with our live session streamed on Zoom in partnership with Step Change Studios. Have fun whilst getting active, learning new routines from Bollywood to Hip-Hop. Taking part in this activity will help you develop coordination, mobility, flexibility and will support you to carry out everyday tasks.

Who’s it for?

This is a medium intensity activity and is created for people with complex disabilities but can be enjoyed by anyone.

About our activity leader

Zoe is an instructor from Step Change Studios. She is very experienced in supporting individuals with a wide range of disabilities to enjoy dance. She has a calm, yet energetic personality and is brilliant at supporting experienced dancers, and beginners.
