Parallel Windsor – Sense Events terms and conditions

  • You are agreeing to raise what you can for Sense for the event you have registered for. However, you are not liable for a minimum sponsorship.
  • You understand that your registration fee is not refundable and includes VAT. 
  • You agree to raise all money using legal methods and complying with the advice given in the fundraising pack and on our website.
  • You understand that Gift Aid is not included in your minimum sponsorship. The money raised from Gift Aid is a valuable bonus for Sense. 
  • If you do not take part in the event, any sponsorship money raised will be treated as donations unless your sponsors contact [email protected] directly for a refund. 
  • If you are injured or cannot take part in the event, you will let us know by emailing [email protected] as soon as possible. Where we are able to, we will look to defer your place but we are unable to guarantee deferrals at any time.
  • You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, your general state of health and fitness is good, and you take full responsibility for your training. You take part in this event at your own risk
  • You confirm that you will be the minimum age required to take part in the event. Parallel Windsor welcome all ages, however participants under the age of 16 who take part in the 5k or 10k distances must be accompanied by an adult.
  • All funds raised for Sense through the event will be made payable to Sense. 
  • You agree to Sense storing the information that you provided on our database. Please see our privacy policy for details. 
  • You give Sense permission to use any photographs or videos taken of you at this event, to raise awareness or money for Sense’s work with disabled people. 
  • You agree to the terms and conditions set out by the event organiser for the event you are involved in.
  • You agree that Sense will share your details with the event organiser and register on your behalf.
  • You consent to the Event Organiser sending you information about and in relation to the Event, both before and after the Event.
  • The Event’s start and finish locations will be on the Long Walk in The Windsor Great Park. You are responsible for arranging travel, accommodation and other logistics for your event where needed.
  • In the unlikely event that your event is cancelled by the organiser, we will look to defer your place to the following year or another suitable event. If this is not possible, we will return your entry fee.
