Why work for Sense?

Working for Sense, you’ll make a real and positive difference to people’s lives.

Though we all connect differently, we are all connected. At Sense, we believe everyone, no matter how complex their communication needs, deserves the right to be connected and part of society. If you share the same vision, we'd love you to join Sense.

Sense is a community where dedicated staff empower disabled people with complex communication needs to express themselves and connect with the world around.

You'll play a vital role in life-changing work supporting children, families and adults.

And you'll have the opportunity to form special connections and relationships, work in a supportive and flexible environment, and be a part of our highly skilled and motivated team.

If someone was thinking of applying for a job like mine I would say `go for it absolutely.’ You’re changing people’s lives and helping them feel happier and confident about themselves, making friends, hopefully helping them get them a job in the future. So yeah, I’d say go for it, I personally think it’s the best job in the world. I love it, I absolutely love it
