We welcome applications from talented people from all sections of the community who share our values and belief that no one, no matter how complex their disabilities, should be isolated, left out, or unable to fulfil their potential.
We're a Disability Confident Employer. This means that we'll interview all disabled applicants who meet the minimum essential criteria for a job vacancy.
Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion board takes forward our equality and diversity agenda and ensures it's part of our day-to-day activities across Sense. Find out more about our Equality and Diversity at Sense.

Our LGBT+ network promotes a positive work environment for all lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender staff. Read our blog on Pride at Sense.
The Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) Diversity network was established in 2020. Working in partnership with the Diversity and Inclusion Lead and the Equality and Diversity Board at Sense, the group provides a support network for Sense on BAME issues and works to elevate diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
The Sense Disability Employee network is a safe space for disabled staff, as well as others affected by, or interested in disability issues. The network is made up of staff members with a range of disabilities who are from different parts of the UK.
