You'll play a vital role in this life-changing work to support children, families and adults.

And you'll have the opportunity to form special connections and relationships, work in a supportive and flexible environment, and be a part of our highly skilled and motivated team.

If someone was thinking of applying for a job like mine I would say `go for it absolutely.’ You’re changing people’s lives and helping them feel happier and confident about themselves, making friends, hopefully helping them get them a job in the future. So yeah, I’d say go for it, I personally think it’s the best job in the world. I love it, I absolutely love it

I realised that my life experiences are just as valuable as having lots of qualifications, it really developed me into believing in myself more.
