Activities for siblings and young carers

If you are aged 5 to 18 and have a brother, sister or parent with a disability, Sense has lots of fun activities you can join.

These activities are all free and available online. We can also offer tablets or data to help you access the activities if needed.

Our group sessions include:

  • Book Clubs
  • Drama and Dance
  • Music
  • Games Nights
  • Boxercise
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Cooking
  • Film Nights!

Everyone gets asked what activities they enjoy, so as well as doing things you like, you can also try something new!

Oli is really enjoying the boxing sessions, he wants to take it up once lockdown ends!

You can also be matched with another young person based on your interests. You can meet online with your buddy, do fun activities or simply have a chat with someone who shares similar experiences to you.
