How Sense's employment service could support you

Job search

Sense's employment service can help you to identify your skills and aspirations and offer guidance on job searches, including assisted job searches. We can also assist you updating your CV, as well as writing cover letters and job applications.

We can offer you tips and guidance on interview techniques.

Support in the workplace

Our team can provide you with advice on the Access to Work process, a scheme funded by the government to help disabled people get into work and keep their job. We can also advise you on accessible equipment advice and technology support, excluding purchasing of equipment.

Sense's employment service can support you to find training accredited courses, such as customer service and business administration. As well as this, we also hold peer support job club sessions with external guest speakers.
