Our Connecting Differently Through Sport workshop is designed for those who deliver and support people with a disability in sport and physical activity settings.

We want to increase the number of sport and physical activity opportunities available to people with complex disabilities and we've identified that one key way of doing this is to influence how the sport sector supports disabled people at their venues and sessions.

Our ‘Connecting Differently Through Sport’ workshop is for people who deliver and support people with a disability in sport and physical activity settings. It aims to increases awareness, teaches specialist skills and builds confidence for people either delivering sport or supporting disabled people with complex needs to access sport.

This is a 3-hour bespoke workshop, which involves a mixture of theory, learning, and practical activities to support a fully inclusive approach to sport and physical activity.

“Really enjoyed the course, helped my understanding and made me think how I can both support and facilitate sports for the children in my care”
