Sense Arts works in collaboration with a range of partners at a local and national level to increase the number of inclusive arts opportunities available to people with complex disabilities.
We're passionate about breaking down barriers to participation through inclusive and accessible opportunities for everyone. We’ve worked with a wide range or national and local partners, including; arts organisations, artists and facilitators, schools, charity organisations, councils, health and social care teams.
We’re always looking to extend our networks, so do get in touch if you’d like to explore ways we can work together.
The team at Sense have been really supportive in helping us to make the programme accessible.
Over the past few years, we are extremely proud to have been awarded over £500,000 towards our Sense Arts programme from funders such as Esmee Fairbairn Foundation, Arts Council of England, National Foundation for Youth Music and the British Film Institute.
If you’re an art-maker, artist or funder and interested in becoming a potential collaborator with Sense Arts, we’d love to connect with you!
We create new opportunities for disabled and non-disabled people to come together through the arts.
Our inclusive arts practice training is designed for those who deliver and support people with a disability in creative settings.
We're actively reaching out to build a network of deaf/disabled and neurodivergent artists to work with Sense Arts to help to develop their work and to provide further training and mentoring.
