This homemade hand exfoliator is easy to make with household ingredients.
It has a pleasing, sensory texture and afterwards your hands should feel moisturised thanks to the oils and softer thanks to the rough material which helps remove dead skin.

How to do this activity
What you’ll need
- Small bowl
- Spoon
- Washcloth
- 1 tbsp oil (like coconut, olive or jojoba)
- 2 tsp of either sea salt, sugar, poppy seeds, or dried coffee grounds
- Essential oils (optional)
