What does the money for Sense Sign School go towards?
Sign-up for Sense Sign School
All proceeds will go to Sense’s vital work in supporting children and people who are deafblind and have complex disabilities. For every pound Sense receives, 79p is spent supporting people who are deafblind or have complex disabilities. The other 21p is put back to work to raise the next pound so we can do even more.
What is Sense Sign School?
Sense Sign School is a new subscription service to help you learn BSL in a fun and engaging way, providing you the skills and confidence to communicate in a new way.
Each month you’ll receive a Sense Sign School pack though the post containing your monthly lessons. You will also receive emails to support your learning and be invited to an exclusive online learning hub.
Sense Sign School is brought to you by Sense, UK charity, here to help everyone who is living with complex disabilities or who is deafblind to communicate and experience the world.
By subscribing to Sense Sign School, you’re donating to supporting Sense’s vital work to ensure that no one no matter how complex their disability is left out of life.

When will I receive my first box?
Your pack is due to arrive on your selected payment date. Your box will arrive second class post and will be delivered by Royal Mail and we do not have any control over postal delays. If you have any questions, please get in touch with our friendly Supporter Service Team and they’ll be happy to help.
How long will my subscription last?
Sense Sign School is an ongoing subscription, you will receive 12 packs over the course of the first year. Once you have completed the 12 months, you will stop receiving packs and your monthly donation will continue which we will use to help support children and people who are deafblind and have complex disabilities. What payment methods do we accept?
At the moment we only accept Direct Debit
What if I miss a payment?
If you miss or skip a payment, your direct debit will be treated as cancelled. If you would like to reactivate your direct debit please get in touch with our friendly supporter services team by phone 0300 330 9257 or email [email protected] to resume your lessons.
My pack hasn’t shown up yet, what do I do?
Your welcome box should be with you within three weeks of signing up to Sense Sign School. If you are still waiting for your box, please get in touch with our Supporter Service team by phone 0300 330 9257 or email [email protected] and we will investigate.
What is the cancellation period?
You cancel within 10 days from sign up or by getting in contact with our supporter service team by email [email protected] or phone 0300 330 9257
Is Sense Sign School available outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, we currently offer delivery in UK only.
I already support Sense with a regular gift, can I receive the products?
To receive Sense Sign School, you will need to sign up for an additional regular gift on this site.
