Troubleshooting | How to reconnect a Zoom account

From time to time you’ll find that Zoom accounts become disconnected, there are two ways you know this has happened. 1: When you’re connecting a Zoom account to a Scheduled Activity, three bouncing dots will appear and you won’t be able to get much further.

The second way you’ll know is a warning message like this will appear at the top of the screen:

To reconnect the Zoom account, navigate to the events settings page and find the Zoom section.

Select the account you want to reconnect. You’ll be prompted to login to Zoom to verify the account. Once you’ve clicked confirm, WordPress will update.
