Sense has been recognised for its “commitment to providing excellent support” to its service managers, at the ‘Skills for Care Accolades’. The award was presented by Coronation Street actress Samia Ghadie in a special ceremony at the Titanic Hotel, Liverpool, which rewards adult social care organisations who deliver high quality care.
Sense won the category for ‘Best employer support for registered managers’, with Nugent and The Regard Group runners up. Sense was recognised for its commitment to excellent support to its registered managers: Providing support that was effective, responsive and robust, and beneficial to other staff.
Richard Kramer, Deputy CEO said:
“Our registered managers and their teams make the difference every day. This award recognises their exceptional work, huge skill and their willingness to go the extra mile.
We’re proud to have teams that are able to move effortlessly through different modes of communication, remain calm in challenging situations and provide reassurance to families.”
