Two-year-old Imiani has very poor sight and hearing, and developmental delay which means that she can’t learn things as quickly as other children her age.
How Sense supports Imiani
Now that she is attending the specialist Sense Nursery in Belfast, her dad Rowan says she is “coming on in leaps and bounds”.
“Every time I drive though the gates she starts giggling, clapping her hands and gets very excited.”
Rowan, Imiani’s dad
Imiani spends two mornings a week with her friends at the nursery. She loves playing peek-a-boo and pushing the toy pram. She might have a quick snuggle under a shimmering scarf – but it won’t be long before she’s up and away again.
Your gift of £28 could buy a wibbly wobbly jelly light for a deafblind child like Imiani to play with.
