What happens in the video?
Put on some comfy clothes that you can move around freely in. You can choose if you prefer bare feet, socks or trainers. Set up a space which is big enough for you to dance in and maybe have a glass of water nearby in case you get thirsty.
Follow along with Becca’s step-by-step instructions to learn all the dance moves, and then try it out with music at the end!
