Sense’s super friendly shops

It’s still very challenging for all retailers on the high street but we have been pulling out all the stops to make our shops the best they can be. In fact, we were shortlisted as retailer of the year by the Charity Retail Association and came second in the UK.

Our hardworking staff and fantastic volunteers go out of their way to build strong relationships with our shoppers and local communities – including using social media to increase donations and sales. We’ve also improved our systems to increase our Gift Aid income and introduced a state-of-the art EPOS system to manage our flow of stock better and raise more money for Sense’s vital work.

We also increased the number of retail outlets we run, opening our 100th shop in October!
