Get better at hitting the ball with this accuracy-focused, inclusive table tennis game for those who have got the basics of table tennis. It’s designed to be played with two people in your own space. This is video three of a series of six.

This is a workshop for people who are deafblind or have complex disabilities and can be enjoyed by anyone.

This is a sports activity that promotes fitness and wellbeing, and helps people use their senses to connect with their surroundings, exploring touch while supporting independent choice and learning new skills.
What happens in the video?
Before you get started, make sure you have a clear space around you, a chair nearby, a glass of water and set yourself up with a table, a net or similar, some paper cups which are your targets, and a bucket or tub to catch the ball.
Try to bounce or serve the table tennis ball into each one of the targets – this is meant to be a challenge, so try batting very gently if you find it too difficult. The other player stands on the other side using the bucket to catch any balls that miss.
Swap roles, and have fun working together as a team.
