What happens in the video?
Step 1
First, think of something that makes you feel happy today. It could be anything, like a word, a sign, a feeling or an object, or something you can go and find.
Step 2
Make a note of the thing that makes you feel happy. You can make your note any way you like, by writing, or signing, recording a video or even a drawing.
Step 3
Then, think of something you’re looking forward to later today, and make another note of that.
Step 4
Finally, what’s something you would like to share? Make another note.
Step 5
Now, connect them together! Follow along with Emily as she shows you how to use these notes to make your own story.
This activity was created by the artist and actor, Emily Howlett.
