Get involved in Sense’s e-campaigning
"Getting involved in campaigning has been fantastic because it's enabled me to make changes in my community and in my own life."
Sense volunteer campaigner
Deafblind people face discrimination every day – but we can make a difference by campaigning with deafblind people and their families. We have several campaigns you can get involved in and we can also offer you advice on how to campaign.
In addition, Sense runs regular e-campaigns on important issues for deafblind people and their families. The e-campaigning tool can help you to quickly email key decision-makers, such as MPs. Past campaigns include contacting MPs about local implementation of the Deafblind Guidance and emailing Government ministers about improvements to concessionary bus passes. You can always personalise the message to add in information about your own experiences and concerns.
