London to Paris bike ride


Dates: 10-14 September 2008.
Locations: London to Paris.

Big Ben, London The Eiffel Tower, Paris


This once in a lifetime adventure is a fantastic opportunity to raise money for Sense and have a fantastic time in doing so. You will begin your adventure in London where you will meet up with the rest of your group and then start to navigate your way through beautiful English villages and into the stunning countryside of rural France. You'll follow the River Seine and pass areas associated with World War I until you reach Paris, undoubtedly one of the most magical places on earth.

There is a £99 deposit to pay up front to reserve your place and the minimum sponsorship amount is £1,100. This includes:

  • Four nights accommodation in minimum three star hotels throughout the trip.
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided throughout the trip except for 3 meals (dinner on the ferry on the way out to France and lunch and dinner in Paris on our last night).
  • Travel by ferry to France and return travel to London on Eurostar.
  • Mechanics, guides and medical support on hand throughout the trip.
  • Support vehicles at all times which means your luggage will be transported in one of these vehicles for you.
