AXA volunteers are amazed by what the staff at Woodside do. Our volunteers felt their contribution will really make a difference. Volunteering gives our employees a chance to learn something new and provides team building opportunities; they come back motivated from the experience. Sense really supports us in fulfilling our CSR objectives.

The AXA Hearts in Action Team has supported the Sense Woodside Family Centre in Bristol for five years since Sense was the charity of the year. The volunteers lent a hand to boost the provision of equipment at the centre. The AXA team has beautifully constructed a garden art feature, composed sensory boards, bean bags and textile books. These items will add to the comfort of families visiting and will help with the education and stimulation of children’s senses.
