This year’s Holiday Appeal tells the story of Jessica’s journey of discovery on her very first Sense holiday and how she got the opportunity to experience new and life-changing activities.
Among other things, she stroked a chicken’s soft feathers and held a warm, freshly laid egg in her hand for the first time. This might seem like quite an ordinary thing to do but, for Jessica, experiencing these special feelings is an important step for her development and growth.
