We can reclaim Gift Aid on any donations you have made to Sense in the last four years, and on any donations that you make in the future, until you notify us otherwise.
To reclaim, we need you to complete the Gift Aid declaration form below and submit it to us.
The Inland Revenue has asked us to remind you that you should pay an amount of income and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax we reclaim on your donations within the tax year - 6 April one year to 5 April the next (currently 25p for every pound you give).
