Acquired deafblindness conference 2010

The bi-annual European Acquired Deafblindness Network conference will take place in Albourg, Denmark on 29 September - 3 October 2010. The conference is for people with acquired deafblindness, their families, friends and professionals.

The conference's theme is 'Building Bridges'. It will explore developing relationships between deafblind people, families, friends and professionals.

The deadline for abstracts/papers is 26 Febraury 2010. More information including conference fees and registration deadline will be available in December 2009.

The Acquired Deafblindness Network is recognised by Deafblind International (Dbl) and was established in 1989. Its aim is to create a network of people who are involved in the world of acquired deafblindness.

The conference will be held at the Conference Hotel, Hotel Hvide Hus, Vesterbro 2, 9000 Aalborg, Denmark. Visit the hotel website.
