About the job

We are looking for highly motivated Support Workers to join our existing staff teams within our residential homes across Birmingham. As a Support Worker, you will help adults of all ages, with sight and hearing difficulties to develop their talents and choose how they wish to live their lives. The nature of duties that you will undertake will vary over time according to each individual’s needs. These roles work a flexible shift pattern across a seven day rota. At the present time we are seeking Drivers who are able to support individuals to access activities within the community.

No previous experience is necessary as we offer a full training program which can lead to recognised qualifications.
