Why they would like a penpal: I hope to get contact to other families and perhaps also to find girlfriends for our daughter who are like her. We don't know all the reasons for her deafblindness, but one is, that she has been premature.
About them: I'm mother of a daughter, who is nearly deaf and has only low vision in one eye, the other eye is blind. But she s going to a school for the blind, is learning English and she likes to play piano!
