Elliot, a young deafblind boy

Sense is running a special TV appeal for our work with children who are both deaf and blind.

You can watch the appeal or read the transcript. Please make a donation now and help us bring a child like Elliot into our world.

Sense is the leading national charity that supports and campaigns for children and adults who are deafblind

Get involved

Taking action for yourself is all about you getting involved.

To get involved you can:

  • participate in an event
  • support a Sense campaign
  • run your own campaign (with support from Sense)
  • support somebody else's campaign.

No matter how big or small your action, it can all help to improve the world for deafblind people and their families.

Deafblind people and access to healthcare

Deafblind people, families of deafblind children and representatives of healthcare organisations are invited to come and share experiences, information and ideas to help improve healthcare services.

The meeting will take place on Saturday 12 April 2008 at 11:45am - 3pm in Holloway Road, London. Find out more about the event and how you can participate in it.
