We have facilities for hire in London, Exeter and Cymru (Wales).

London office

Located within easy reach of Kings Cross and St Pancras railway stations, our Pentonville Road, London office offers high-quality, accessible meeting rooms for hire.

We have six meeting rooms available, three of which can be combined to seat up to 45 people.

The three larger rooms offer a sophisticated phased array-loop system that can be adjusted to match the rooms’ configuration. Ceiling mounted microphones, hand-held, lapel, or desk-mounted (gooseneck) microphones can be provided as required.

Audio-visual equipment such as an interactive smartboard, projector, plasma screen and DVD / VCR player can also be hired from us.

Our London rooms are available from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. Please see details of our rates and room capacities and floor plan.

Exeter office

Providence Court, ExeterOur Sense building in central Exeter has a variety of rooms and areas with flexible hiring arrangements for days and evenings.

Activity rooms

The main room includes a stage area, a sensory room and a therapy room. This is suitable for larger gatherings.

The fully equipped sensory room has soft furnishings, sensory items and various lighting options with the use of a mobile sensory trolley that includes a DVD player, projector and laser facilities.

The therapy room has a massage bench and soft lighting, plus a CD player for use.

All activity rooms are available to hire on an hourly or daily basis.

At Providence Court, all activity rooms, shower and toilet are fully wheelchair accessible.

Training room

The training room is upstairs but is accessible by lift. It can comfortably seat up to 20 delegates in flexible boardroom or theatre-style layouts.

There are kitchen facilities to make drinks, and accessible toilets. Resources such as flipcharts, IT equipment and projectors are provided. Lunches can also be provided on request in advance.

Café 55

Café 55 is a bright and cheerful café that is open to the general public on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 10am - 3pm.

It is run by our deafblind volunteers and other helpers from the local community. Café 55 offers disabled people the opportunity to gain catering experience which can potentially lead to employment.

The café serves a varied menu or reasonably priced cakes, snacks, sandwiches, soup and refreshments, as well as a takeaway service.

Currently youth groups and charities meet here on a regular basis, enjoying our safe and secure environment.

The café is fully wheelchair accessible, and has disabled toilets, a children’s area and free wi-fi.

Our Sense building in Merthyr Tydfil has a meeting room for hire which can hold up to 12 people. Please contact us if you would like to book it.
