Ofcom consultation on electronic communications services

Sense will be responding to an Ofcom consultation, "Improving access to electronic communications services for disabled people", in February 2013. So that this response can be accurate and up to date and would be very grateful if you could provide information about your experiences.
The questions within the consultation fall under 5 headings, there are:
Bills and contracts in accessible formats
Please comment on the accessibility of the bills and contracts that you receive from communication providers such as your mobile phone, land line and internet broadband supplier.
Extending priority fault repair to include broadband
Please comment on the importance that having your internet connection, the problems that you have if it is not available to you and your experiences of getting connections repaired.
Safeguard scheme for disabled users: third party bill management
Please provide your thoughts and experiences of using a third party to manage and pay bills to communication providers.
Safeguard scheme for disabled users: third party fault notification
Please comment on your experiences of reporting faults with services both directly to the provider and/or through a third party.
A duty on Communications providers to regularly inform disabled subscribers of details of products and services suitable for them
Please comment on the information that you receive and any experiences of trying to purchase further services and products. Do you think there could be other organisations that could assist you with the information that you require?
Any other comments relating to improving access to electronic communications services would also be very much appreciated.
